Membership requires a one-time initiation fee plus an annual fee. All fees are shown on the membership dues page. At the end of this application you will be asked to pay your initiation fee and pro rata annual dues. Payment may be made by credit card only.

Payment of fees does not guarantee your membership application will be approved. If your membership application is not approved, the initiation fee and pro rata annual dues will be refunded in full. Initiation and membership fees are otherwise non-refundable.

If your application is received by the 20th of the month, it will be reviewed by the membership committee for completeness, including your sponsor's application addendum. A membership committee member will contact you if there is missing information or there are questions about your application. Complete applications will be considered at the next monthly FWA Board meeting (generally the first Tuesday of the month). You will be notified shortly after the Board meeting of the status of your application and new members will receive an information letter via email.
