About the Speaker

Andrea Hoban, joined Robert Half International (RHI) in 1998 as an Account Executive with the company's Robert Half Technology division, which specializes in IT staffing. Prior to joining the company, Andrea spent a number of years in marketing and communications. During her tenure with Robert Half International, Andrea has held positions of increasing responsibility, including Regional Vice President where she oversaw operations in Oregon, Washington and Idaho. In the last five years, Andrea has managed enterprise-wide projects, most recently undertaking the company's online learning portal and overhauling the site for a better user experience. It took 10 months, 50 people, and extreme organization to pull it off.

She has spoken on hiring and related issues at a variety of national conferences and has been interviewed in the national news media on similar topics. She has also conducted trainings on time management and productivity.

Andrea has a bachelor's degree in communications from Arizona State University in Tempe. She is a past Executive Director of the Portland Chapter of Women in Technology, board member of Portland ASWA and a former member of the National Association of Female Executives.
