The Financial Women's
Association Of San Francisco
Presents
A Professional Development Series Event
"Learning to Say No -
and Other Communication Essentials to Save Your Sanity"
Featuring
Dana Whittaker, President Opening Eyes, LLC
The Financial Women's Association invites
you to a Professional Development Event, "Learning to Say
'No' and Other Communication Essentials to Save Your
Sanity." In this workshop, Opening Eyes, LLC owner and coach
Dana will teach you speaking & listening strategies that are
key to being your authentic self, doing what you want to do,
and achieving your optimal results.
Communication is not just about what we say;
just as important is what we hear. Lack of clarity in either
realm breeds undue, unhealthy stress. In this workshop you
will explore how well you listen to yourself and others, and
how well you express yourself, thus helping or hindering you
from being the person you want to be, doing what you want to
do, and achieving the results you want to achieve,
personally and professionally. From there you will learn and
practice strategies to listen closely to yourself, make
clear requests and offers, and to say 'No' with confidence
and conviction. Optimizing your communication skills is key
to creating an optimal life - and career!
