  5. "Once someone's FMLA Leave expires, I can terminate them"

  6. "Until someone asks for a reasonable accommodation for a disability, I have no obligations"

  7. "If someone has complained to management about me, I need to avoid that person in order to stay out of trouble"

  8. "Some people are just difficult to work with. That's just the way they have always been and it's no big deal"

  9. "I can give a reference, as long as I do so in confidence"

  10. "If I have reason to believe an employee stole/harassed/threatened, I can terminate them".
