you to a Professional Development workshop:- What's Your
Story? When it's time to answer the question "What do you
do?" what do you say? To be memorable, use a metaphor, an
analogy, or a story, instead of just a basic job title. In
this workshop, Ruth Halpern, Narrative Business Consultant,
will give you hands-on practice at crafting an unforgettable
elevator speech. (No worries, you won't have to stand up and
tell it to the whole group.) You will leave with not one but
several stories explaining who you are, what makes you
unique, and where you are headed.

Ruth Halpern, President of Halpern &
Associates, is a nationally known expert on communication
and story crafting. She has been leading workshops and
providing coaching on these skills for over 20 years. Her
clients include international law firms, non-profits, and
government agencies, as well as JFK University's MBA
program. She specializes in weaving together the art of
storytelling with the business of communication in a
corporate environment. Her lively, engaging presentation
style makes her presentations relevant, practical, and
entertaining.
