More About the Speaker

Prior to joining Capital Guardian Trust Company in 1993, Shelby spent 18 years with Morgan Stanley where he established its presence on the west coast in 1977. Prior to that, he was with E.F. Hutton in New York City. He is a member of the Security Analysts of San Francisco, having served as a director and program chairman for four years. Mr. Notkin earned a BS in accounting and finance from Syracuse University. He is based in Capital Guardian's West Los Angeles office.
