Colosi, Principal of Colosi Associates. For those
currently working, the panel will cover steps to take to
increase your job security by increasing your value. And for
those who are in transition, the panel will address:
How to ensure your resume rises to
the top of the stack,
Fine-tuning your job hunting skills,
Thinking outside the box,
How to identify profitable and
unprofitable uses of networking and
volunteering activities, and
Prioritizing your time, activities
and resources.
About the Panelists
Jen Colosi
Colosi Associates identifies, attracts and helps clients
retain top talent - primarily in financial function roles
such as Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Director
Internal Audit, and Vice President Finance. Colosi
Associates reduces the risk of an expensive hiring error
through its innovative accomplishments-based and value-based
hiring processes.
Initially, Colosi matches candidates with proven records of
accomplishments against the goals and skill areas identified
as "most important" by the client. At the same time, she
seeks to match the client's company values with the
candidate's own value system. Her goal? The ideal fit. The
result? Nearly 100% search success. Unqualified candidates
eliminated early. And a shorter time in delivering
candidates qualified not only in accomplishments but in
company values.
Jennifer Colosi has over 20 years of hands-on experience as
a finance hiring manager and a search professional. She is a
former Chief Accounting Officer, with national finance and
manufacturing operations experience. Jennifer creates a
definable, distinguishing difference that clients - as well
as network TV programs such as ABC 7 Morning News - depend
on for successful results. Jennifer is a long-time FWA
member and past board member.

Barb Haiduck is a career management consultant with Right
Management. She has over 15 years' combined experience in
