This seminar will include interactive exercises designed to help you present yourself and communicate your ideas effectively, succinctly, and professionally.

About the Speaker

Starla Sireno is the Founder and Principal of Fearlessness, Inc., a national training company that works with leaders within organizations to help them improve morale, handle change, and develop leadership skills.

Prior to Fearlessness, Inc., Starla spent 12 years in institutional financial services as a fixed income portfolio manager, in international and domestic product marketing and in multinational sales and services. With a Masters in International Economics and Finance, Starla built her career at Fannie Mae, Charles Schwab, and Barclays Global Investors on her ability to think strategically, to execute tactically, and most importantly, on the strength of her relationships.

As a business strategist, certified executive coach, speaker and trainer, Starla creates customized programs for managers and their teams. Her national training company, Fearlessness, Inc., has worked with companies of all sizes in leadership development, mentorship, teambuilding, presentation skills, and proper office etiquette.

In 2008, Fearlessness, Inc. received national certification as a Women's Business Enterprise by the Astra Women's Business Alliance, a regional certifying partner of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

Starla is a highly regarded speaker featured at conferences nationwide and is regularly featured in a variety of media, including the Fine Living Network, BNET, the San Francisco Chronicle, as well as in online media - including Entrepreneur.com.
