"Nibble and Mingle - Then Try it at Home"

Apologies to the standard phrase, but what more do you need for a great time?

Join us in San Francisco on Thursday, March 6th for an evening of networking, wines, and easy-to-replicate hors d'oeuvres with Bay Area chef/wine educator, Cynthia Bloebaum. Chef Cynthia will offer wines paired with different small bites that are simple to prepare. At the end of the evening, you can take home all the recipes along with the wine pairing suggestions to try at your next party. Come, mingle and learn!

About the Speaker

Cynthia Bloebaum is a San Francisco Bay Area chef and wine instructor whose love and enthusiasm for food and wine led her to study the culinary arts in Europe and at other schools in California - including the CIA/Greystone Campus in St. Helena. She has cooked at and been chef for numerous San Francisco restaurants throughout her 25-year career. Bloebaum has been the chef for wine classes at UC Berkeley Extension, has taught numerous wine classes there, and is also the wine instructor for Northern California's Whole Foods stores. She conducts her own classes on regional foods and wines of numerous wine growing areas, caters wine-themed events and parties, and is an accomplished speaker, cooking instructor, wine trainer, wine judge, and consultant.
