About the Speaker

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc., and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, Kathy Lancaster partners with other key leaders throughout the organization to drive organization-wide transformation, performance, and strategy.

In her role, Kathy oversees the controller’s office, treasury, procurement and supply, financial shared services, strategic planning, financial planning, as well as the finance teams responsible for the revenue cycle, Sarbanes-Oxley, and the enterprise-wide systems strategy. She also provides financial leadership for the pharmacy group, national facilities organization, information technology, and each of Kaiser Permanente’s eight geographic regions.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Kathy’s expertise includes health care insurance, extending to underwriting and network management, and regional turnarounds. She joined Kaiser Permanente in 1998.
