present

An Industry Leadership Series event event:
"Private Equity Meets the Middle Market"

On Wednesday, May 9th in Walnut Creek, join us for a dinner program featuring a distinguished panel of M&A professionals who specialize in the middle market. The panel will discuss the current private equity market with a specific focus on middle market transactions, and will also reveal how several private equity firms use different approaches to target the middle market.

Some of the topics for panel discussion are:

  • How the flood of capital into private equity is affecting middle market transactions;
  • What drives successful mergers and acquisitions for middle market companies today;
  • How intermediaries seek out and position middle market companies for a sale;
  • What is important to buyers, and how sellers need to be positioned for a successful transaction;
  • Actual case studies from recent Bay Area transactions; and
  • How to pick the right private equity partner for your middle market company.
