The Financial Women’s
Association Of San Francisco
presents
A Lifestyles Series Event:
"Fall Into Fashion at Nordstrom"
On Wednesday, July 25th, grab your friends and come
join us for an evening of art, martinis, music, and shopping
at Nordstrom in San Francisco. Nordstrom is the sponsor of
this event for which all proceeds will
benefit the FWASF Scholarship Fund.
While raising money for the FWASF Scholarship Fund,
you'll get the chance to meet the artists, Tracy West
and April Hankins, and see and shop for the latest fall
fashions during the last few days of the annual pre-season
sale. Make sure to take advantage of this fun
opportunity to shop, save, and network!
About Artists: April Hankins and Tracy
West
April Hankins
April Hankins received an MFA in painting from Yale
University School of Art and a BFA from Massachusetts
College of Art. Her works are in the collections of the Fogg
Art Museum at Harvard, Pfizer, Inc., the New York Public
Library and Yale University Art Gallery, as well as in
private collections.
Tracy West
Whether it was bidding to be the first woman in the
architecture department of her university, breaking into
Lockheed’s graphic design group as the first woman to work
for them on the Space Shuttle contract, or being the first
woman to earn a contractor’s license in Washington state in
the early 70's, Tracy has always been a step ahead of the
pack. In 2003, after 33 years in the building industry,
Tracy decided to devote herself full time to her passion for
her painting.
