"The New Laws of Leadership"

Come hear Christine Comaford-Lynch, CEO of Mighty Ventures and renowned entrepreneur, on Tuesday, February 27 in Palo Alto, where she'll discuss the New Laws of Leadership. Whether you’re a C-level executive, a manager, a team member, an entrepreneur, or an intrapreneur, you will benefit from learning about:

  • The 6 secrets to leadership in today’s world and workforce,
  • Managed chaos: how Google and other market leaders encourage anarchy to increase ownership,
  • How to build a culture that everyone wants to be part of,
  • Motivational techniques to “course-correct” and keep your team on track, and
  • The 3 E’s of dealing with difficult people.

About the Speaker:

Christine is a five-time CEO/entrepreneur defining new markets, developing products to serve them, executing sales, marketing and product strategies. She has invested in over 200 startups, counseled over 700 of the Fortune 1000, and was a founder of First Professional Bank, Kuvera Associates, Corporate Computing, planetU and Artemis Ventures. All of these companies have either been acquired or gone public.

Her expertise is a result of over 20 years in operational high tech positions at Microsoft, Lotus, Adobe and Apple as well as a strategy advisor to Oracle and Symantec. Christine was a columnist for PC Week for over 5 years, and has advised the White House on technology and small business strategies. Although she officially “retired” in 2002, having made more than $10 million-and given more than $3 million to various charities - Christine is an active board member for several nonprofits in addition to her consulting and speaking projects.
