Join us on Thursday, February 15 to hear two of the nation’s top M&A lawyers present an overview of current trends and contemporary legal issues in M&A. Rick Climan and Keith Flaum have been responsible for consummating some of the largest transactions of the recent deal-making boom.

Their interactive presentation will be highlighted by several short, dynamic mock negotiations in which the panelists will illustrate the "give and take" of contentious negotiations involving key transaction-related issues. Whether you’re buying, selling, investing from the sidelines, or caught in the crossfire of a deal, this exciting tour of the M&A landscape will provide a valuable perspective on the tools and techniques relied on by savvy negotiators.
