The Financial Women’s
Association Of San Francisco - East Bay Group
presents
A Professional Development Series Event:
"Leadership from the Inside Out"
Interested in identifying your strengths and developing
your leadership skills?
We are delighted to host Akaya Windwood on Thursday,
April 5th, as she discusses her insights on how to
identify effective leadership qualities and how leaders like
you can continue to strengthen your leadership skills.
Some questions Akaya will address in her presentation
include:
Which traditional leadership qualities do not work
today?
What qualities do we think reflect what is needed from
today's leaders, and how does this specifically pertain to
women?
Every one of us is a leader. How do leadership qualities
manifest themselves in all aspects of our lives - from
family to community to career?
How do we incorporate our strengths into leadership
qualities?
How do we strengthen our weaknesses?
Where might we benefit from a paradigm shift? Where are
we "on the mark"?
Don't miss this fascinating speaker and this opportunity
to reflect on how you can get in touch with your inner
leader!
