The Financial Women’s Association Of San Francisco - East Bay Group
presents
A Lifestyles and Special Events Series Event:

"2nd Annual – Networking & Wine Tasting at Lost Canyon Winery"

You don’t want to miss the 2nd Annual midsummer night’s tasting, touring, and networking event at the award-winning Lost Canyon Winery in Oakland on Thursday, June 22, 2006! Come enjoy a wine tasting as well as a fashion show highlighting Wardrobe for Opportunity clothes and models.

Come spend an evening with your old friends (and the new ones you haven’t met yet) and experience the flavors that are sending this winery into the stratosphere! Scrumptious hors d'oeuvres will compliment Lost Canyon's delicious pinots and syrahs.

About the Winery:

Already a favorite of restaurants across the country (Tra Vigne, Alain Ducasse, Bellagio, and the SF Four Seasons), Lost Canyon Winery is an award-winning treasure in our backyard. Lost Canyon is one of the premier producers of “vineyard designated” pinot noir and syrah wines from the Russian River Valley, Sonoma Coast, and Los Carneros. Their wines have received outstanding reviews by wine critics as well as top awards in competitions. Lost Canyon's new winery and tasting room is located in a classic 80-year-old warehouse, and is actually on the original site of Jack London's home!

About Wardrobe for Opportunity

Wardrobe for Opportunity (WFO) is a volunteer-based, nonprofit organization that provides professional clothing and career support to low-income jobseekers in the Bay Area so they can secure employment and become economically self-sufficient. WFO provides candidates with two outfits for the interview process; once a client is offered employment, WFO provides a one-week working wardrobe. Each WFO consultant helps their client gain a more positive sense of self, enabling them to project the image of a confident applicant and employee.
